To ensure safe shipping, bikes arrive 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We include all necessary tools and a step-by-step video guide.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return the bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply if the bike shows significant wear.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental US. Professional assembly services, if selected at checkout, may add an additional 2-3 days.
Do you offer a warranty on frames and components?
Yes, all Mr. Bikes come with a lifetime warranty on the frame and a 1-year warranty on non-consumable components like derailleurs and shifters.
