At Mr. Bikes, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Place the bike components or gear in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and securely affix it to the exterior of your box, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; once our mechanics inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
